I'd be careful with any diet pills. Many do have a placebo effect and many thermogenic pills have been taken off the market due to health concerns. It seems that diet pill companies keep trying to find a way to sneak epinephrine into pills and this one has a new one I've never heard of, Octopamine. If you have any heart issues, bleeding issues or take any anti-depressants, this is definitely not a pill you should be taking. I'd also just talk to your doctor as well. Also it contains caffeine which mixed with octopamine is quite concerning. Beyond that, Yohimbe is listed as a psychoactive drug and evodiamine seems to be a steroid?

Personally, this is not a pill I'd recommend for anyone.

Personally I'd be wary of these products cuz once you go off them you usually gain it all back. My friend did Hydroxycut- lost a ton of weight- then couldn't take it anymore when they took it off the market- gained it ALL back and then some.

I think if you are having trouble with workouts and being tired/hungry you could look into taking vitamins and within weeks you'll see a big difference in energy. And if you are hungry at night it could be you aren't eating enough during the day. One thing that helps is to also do something at night to keep your mind off of food, I crochet

I think everyone has different experiences with these things. Do your research, be safe, and if it works for you, then great!
