WOOHOO!!!! I just tried her Six Week 6 pack last night. It was oddly fun....it hurt....nut it was fun Can't wait for ripped in 30!

The only thing about her diets I don't like is fish. I don't like fish.

I don't follow her diet, just do her exercises. I think she is a sellout. I lost my Jillian Michaels passion after she put her name on weight loss pills, it was just a total contradiction to everything she claimed she was about. I must say that her exercise videos are absolutely awesome though... I don't enjoy any other videos like I do hers. No complicated choreography, no annoying smiling, and I bust a sweat every single time.

It's a love/hate relationship with Jillian - I love the exercises and motivation...just hate the pain but can definintely see the change.

Think I will also take out my shredded dvd and get back to the routine...maybe by then I'll be ready for ripped in 30!

Haven't heard about this one before, but I'll certainly try it.
I'm loving her exercises, but was also dissapointed by that whole diet pills mess.

By the way, the first thing I tought when I saw this pic is WHOA, that's some photoshoping....they messed her face, and either the face or the hair were put on additionaly, they aren't even facing the same angle...
