Default 5 days - 5 lbs
I can't believe that I have lost 5 lbs in 5 days. It seems to good to be true. I always feel so "naughty" eating some of the stuff that I do and I am always scared to step on the scale, but I have been losing steadily this whole week. I know that I am just in the induction stage and that it will slow down after this. But WOW! This Atkins thing actually works!
