S/C/G: 186/150/145

Height: 5'7"

Default From 18 to 8

My all time high weight was 185 pounds. At that time I was wearing a size 18, but was so un-used to wearing that size, I thought it was just the sizing, or a fluke. I didn't stay there long, and went back to a size 16 at 172 pounds. My normal weight for years was in the 170's. Now, for the 4th time, I am under 150 pounds. I sure hope I can stay here. I exercise fiercely and work myself into a sweat trying to control my appetite. As they say, if you keep doing the sames things, you will get the same results. My new tools are TOPS weight loss group, and this wonderful website. I can squeeze into a size 8 now, but prefer the skimming size 10.When I learn how to work a digital camera with the computer, I will post photos.

Congratulations on your hard work. Great results! I've known a couple of people who like TOPS. It is so important to find a Tool Box that helps your long term commitment to health.

Well done!
I was slightly confused though since you said you were 185 and a size 18. Then I realized you were talking UK sizes!! I was like "um I'm 275 and I wear an 18..."

Everyone's body is different though. I was once 204 and wearing size 18. At 180 I wore size 16. It's strange but sizes can vastly vary on different body types, even at similar weights/heights.
