I feel like that song...............Here I go again on my own, going down the only road ............

Anyway........I am back at it. I had a HIATUS (yes that is what I will call it) for 5 months - UGH.....I need to stop taking those. I was doing so good.

Bad news - I stopped doing what was working

GOOD NEWS - I am going to do it again and resist STOPPING.So here goes nothin'........I have a goal.........My oldestest High School Graduation is June 2nd, then we take a Cruise for a week on June 20th - my realistic goal is to really just FEEL BETTER, have more energy and I know with that will come weight loss.

So here is to a FABULOUS (minus a few bumps and scrapes) 2011!

Keeping with the song theme, I just had the song "lean on me" come to mind. You can replace "me" with "3fc". It still rhymes!
