Default I am soooo happy!!!!
I started IP about 7 weeks and today I received my bloodwork results from my annual checkup. My total cholesterol is 185 down 50 points from when I started. Better yet, my triglycerides are down 100 points!!! All within normal range.

I am thankful that my health is getting better everyday! Now this is motivation!!

The only problem is that I am low on Vitamin D, but that's easily addressed.

Congratulations!! Isn't it a great feeling, to be on the right track to a heathier lifestyle. It's a long, hard road but, stick with it and you will do great.

Wow!!!! How cool is that It only gets better from here. Congrats.
