W.O.W. Healthy Through the Holidays!~Christmas WEEK
Alright my ladies it is Christmas WEEK!!! Lets all try to be well behaved, but enjoy christmas!
I'm sorry I didn't get the thread up earlier. But I guess we have all been way to busy to post. I just realized that I haven't posted since Friday.
We have more doctor appts tomorrow. Makenna is coughing still after 5 days of antibiotics. Tommy has an earache, and I am still sore from my back.
My diet and exercise has suffered so bad. This week I am going to be watching my cals until friday But this weekend I will be doing 3 christmas dinners and 1 breakfast. I will do my best at not over eating.

Hello Hello!!
I have been eating lots but exercicing lots more too, got on the scale yesterday and it said 259!! WHEEE!! So i am still losing slowly which is awesome!! hang in there ladies, the holidays are almost over!! WE CAN DO THIS!!

Hi Emly.
woke up at 1100 tonight feeling sick. this has been happening for almost 2 weeks now Will wants me to take a pregnancy test. I probably will just to prove to him I am not pregnant. i had a tubal ligation 5 years ago AND I just got over TOM. (it was light and only 4 days though). I'll let you know this weekend.

i sure hope all your xmas shopping is done .. I just put the finishing touches to my last present.. im glad to be done the stores were a mad house..
Im doing great with eating but will be glad when all the delicious temptations are out of my house. ....

Whew Jen! That would have been quite the Christmas present. I'm sorry you have been feeling ill on and off.
I, on the other hand, have been sick. 102 fever all day Thursday. raw sore throat and cement sinuses. I am feeling a bit better today, but glad that the unwrapping is done, the house is quiet and I have one more day left before going back to work.
I did get 3 cold sores this morning for Christmas. I have to learn to quick stressing or I am never going to get truly well. I know this, but its hard to not run at a crazy pace with work, home business and six consecutive kid weekends with holidays. I know that sounds horrible, but I do need my down time with my crazy job.
I am looking forward to refocusing and will approach my march back to health with a determined plan, not reckless abandon (or new years motivation). I need to stick to it.
So I hope you all had a great holiday and look forward to racking up some successes this round!

Jeni, Here's hoping you get some down time soon.
I have been exercising with 10,000 steps on the pedometer as I continue to try and rehab my knee, all the while knowing that if my a$$ got smaller, my knee would have less to carry.

E Got about 6k in so far
E just not awful

jeni...wow you were brave to face the returns line. the stores i went to thoes lines were ridictulously LONG.....

well xmas with the fam was awesome.. im still hiding from my scale and my friends are hounding me to make desserts for new years.. Ladies im so ready to tackle this weight after the new years jan 3 to be exact.. can you tell im a procrastinator..lol...
