Default Done with Phase One!
So I have successfully completed phase one. I was 99% on plan. I added wine in a little too early-- but it didnt seem to trigger any cravings. I'm down 10 lbs! I feel great. Now... Phase 1.5? Crap, I'm gonna just be happy for little while longer, and then worry about how to add carbs and fruit back in
