Looking for ideas to use PB2. If you use it what do you put it in/on? I want to order some but I'm not sure what I'd do with it. I got the sample and loved it!
ETA-For those that don't know PB2 is powdered peanut butter, oil removed. You just add water. Here's the link- http://www.bellplantation.com/
I love the chocolate PB2 spread on apple slices. I make a double portion (4 tbsps w/2 tbsps water) and slater it on. So filling, and only two points for the PB2 and 0 points for the apple on the new WW plan.
I picked up a Richard Simmons "Farewell to Fat" cookbook for 50 cents at the library used book sale, and noticed a recipe for peanut chicken skewers that may adapt well to the PB2. I will repost if I try it and it works.
its hard to search for PB2 on the forums because it is so short
I personally don't like added sugar things but you can find defatted peanut flour if you want to avoid the sugar, that is the way to go. Trader Joe's also sells defatted peanut flour.
