Wow this challenge has gone by fast! Sorry for getting booted the other week. I went to WW before going out of town, but then forgot to come here and enter my weight! I had a pretty intense gain from Thanksgiving weekend anyhow; still recovering. I'm starting back on c25k this week. I set a goal for my wellness challenge at work to be able to run 1 mile by the end of January. I'm a bit behind schedule for that and my 15 lbs weight loss goal. So it's time to get serious for me. I have a vacation to win!
Wow, only one week. I think I am probably done losing for awhile. It is just too difficult right now with the holidays and this cold weather. I am hoping to maintain though.
Will you join us in the next challenge Terapet- to help maintain- or will you move onto the maintainers board? Either way- GREAT JOB in reaching goal!!! I know I WILL join you one day.

Hope everyone is doing well this week. It's flying by. 2 more days of school for the kids so they are bouncing off the walls. I switch to evening shifts at work for next week which will throw me for a loop. But it's better than forking out big $$ for daycare.

I expect I will be around for the next challenge. I am only hesitating because I have hit kind of a rough spot and I don't know what to write when mostly I am just plain overeating. Ugh. Hopefully I will get over this soon. (Like January 2nd!) Plus, I am going to need you all to lose my expected holiday weight gain and perhaps a few more after that. I have been making vegetable soup every week to try to fill me up and keep me away from the bad stuff but it is only helping a little. Yesterday was just a bad eating day. Today will be better.
Mel-Oh my, evening shifts for the week of Christmas-yikes. You are Super Mom. It's worth it though and it will be fun to see the kids during the day.

Speaking of triumphs, I stepped not the scale and saw a number I've seen 3 times this week(151.4), so I'm claiming it as official for my weigh in. Especially since we're going to the neighbors for a Christmas gathering later today and I'd like to have a glass of wine.
I'm in baking mode as I've done none this holiday season. I have 2 loaves of gingerbread in the oven and am moving onto Ginger snaps.

It's the last weekend of the challenege!!! Weigh in was, well, AWESOME today! I finally reached the 220s. The 230s were a long, arduous journey marked by several return trips to the 240s, so I am very happy to be here. I'm also now "class I obese" according to those BMI charts that have divided obesity into 4 ranges (class I, II, III, and IV) instead of the typical 3 (obese, morbidly obese, and super-morbidly obese). Oh, and I finally get to rock the awesome purse that I bought a while back as a 220s incentive.
I hope all you ladies end the challenge on a high note as well. And if not, well, you can start the next challenge on a high note!
Terapet- Thanks for thinking of me. So far, everything is quiet over here. The press is really blowing things out of porportion. Though, evidently South Korea is wanting to hold live fire drills today or tomorrow and the UN wants to hold an emergency meeting because of it. We'll see what happens over the next few days. So glad your joining us for another challenge!!

Sorry to say I had a massive gain this past week and a half. First time I have ever shown a gain during a challenge.
Ready to work my butt off and get back on the weight loss train for 2011.
Sorry team. I promise to try to be a better leader next challenge.
But, in my defense, it's better to post true results so that everyone knows, just because bigmid and I are leaders doesn't mean we are perfect in our weight loss.
