Default Polar Heart Rate Monitor

Hi Everyone!

I purchased a Polar HRM and absolutely LOVE it! Tonight I burned 913 calories during my 90 minute spin class and 815 doing an hour of Zumba Anyone else have one?

Do you by any chance have the Flowlink Unit? I'm not sure where to get one and I know you can transfer data to your computer and share it on blogs, forums, etc.

I have one on my Christmas list. A YMCA trainer has come into my work for a few lunch and learns on fitness and he said he requires them for his clients. He says they are the best measurement for interval training.

How much are they, and where did you get it? I'd like to get something like this. What does it do? I'll google it as well.

They're cheaper on amazon. The trainer I referred to recommends the FS2C

The one I purchased is an FT7, the FT4 is the most basic model from what I've read. With mine you can store data and transfer it into a file on your computer to share on message boards, forums, etc or just use it to keep track of your progress.
