So, I finally stayed the same. Not a loss, but not a gain. No complaints here.

I'm scared to weigh in. I haven't been on the scale in a couple of weeks and I know my eating has been out of control. I'm going to wait until after my TOM is over and then weigh in.

Ok....I really couldn't beleive my eyes and even weighed myself 5 times to be sure...but I am so happy to report in this morning....

Last Week Weigh In = 252 lbs
This Week Weigh In = 245 lbs

That's a 7 lb loss in one week. I still can't beleive it.

I maintained this week at 204 lbs. This is my first maintain since I started so I'm kind of bummed. I've always lost at least 1 lb. I hope this doesn't turn into a full fledged plateau! I'm going to kick my workouts up a notch and really concentrate on controlling my portions this week so hopefully I'll have better news next week. Wish me luck!!!

KnCmamma- A 7 lb. loss!!! That's awsome!



Chris- You're amazing! I remember when you were where I am now, just struggling to get under 200. Now look at you flying through the 190's. Keep up the good work!

Jen- Good luck, hopefully it won't be as bad as you think!

JacobsMommy- Congratulations! It sounds like you've got things under control. I hope you get to see a loss next week!

I am going to weigh myself twice this week. Today because I had a goal for April 1st and on Thursday for my weekly weigh in.

My goal for today was 215 lbs. I'm at 215.5 lbs grrr. I am so bloated today (TOM) that I know I'm 215 - so I'm counting it anyway darn it!

So that's 1.5 lbs so far this week.... I will weigh in again on Thursday morning.

I did it. I made the big 1-0-0!!!!!!! I've lost 100 pounds with my .5 pound loss this week.

Only down 3 pounds this week. UGHHHH!! So close to 250! That's my first goal, to get down to 250 and be able to go down one more notch on the scale!!

I'd say woo-hoo and good for you! I know it's no fun to just miss a goal--I missed one by .2 about two weeks ago. It's all about watching the scale go down...and as long as it is, you'll get to your goal in due time. Have a great week!

I'm walking to WW tonight, my car is at the car hospital and has to stay overnight, not serious, but they can't get the part til tomorrow, and it's already taken apart--it needs a speed sensor. I drove over 300 miles on Saturday w/o the spedometer, odometer or cruise control. Icky!

So I'll post my WI tonight.

Okay, so I'm back from WI, and a meeting with the ski group for the weekend. And it's official! The massage on Saturday will celebrate my 10% and a total loss nearing 40 pounds since last October!

I'm down 3.4 this week.

I gained this week, 3.25 pounds BUT tonight was awards at TOPS, and I'm happy to report that not only was I first place loser in my division for the month, but also for the quarter, and, I'm VERY proud to say, that my chapter voted me the shining star for the quarter, the person who has done the most for the chapter, and given the most inspiration

Jeanne, GREAT job on your 100# you've done so great, and only 5 to go for goal, you rock! gainers, we'll get it next week!

everyone who lost, great job!
