Hello fellow dieters;
Over the past month I have had many changes, some good some not so good. Good- I got an apartment and a kitten with my boyfriend! Not so good, I was in and out of ER's with severe panic attacks which ended up with me getting an appointment with an MD at the University where she prescribed me Flouxitine and Xanax as needed. I've been doing great! Haven't had an attack since I have started taking it. I also had 6 teeth removed over the course of a month 2 molars and 4 wisdom. It's been a rough ride but at least I haven't GAINED but one or two pounds. I have been off the SBD for about a month and a half and I am ready to get back on Phase I.
I need this for me! I can do this right?
