I don't know about 3-5%, but I would like to try to lose 5-7 lbs. It would make me feel better about GAINING 3 lbs on my last challenge. I would try to do more, but this is a very stressful time for me right now, with my thesis due in a few weeks and all. Let me know if you are cool with my goal, what little there is of it!
i'll give it a try, my weight this morning was 259 (up from my ticker but i had a free weekend for halloween so makes sense) so 5% is 12.9 but I'm going to call it 15 figuring a couple extra lbs for water retention from the free weekend... so that is 244 by xmas
I hope it's okay if I join in, I've been looking for a challenge that goes until the end of the year to keep me accountable, so this is perfect.
I want to weigh 130 by new years, so that's a 14 (maybe 16, i haven't weighed in about a week). wish me luck guys!
11/10: 149 I've gained a little since weighing in.. but i'm willing to bet a large portion is water weight and will be gone soon enough

back up but had a free four days for the four days (fri-mon) i was off for my birthday... in general nov is a bad month for dieting for me with halloween, my bday my bfs bday thanksgiving and a relative visiting for a few days i expect to continue yo-yoing this month lol
11/3- 259.0
11/11- 253.4 down 5.6lbs
11/17- 258.6 up 5.2lbs
