Default For classes that require light weights...

Do you bring your own or use the gym's? I'm rather germaphobic. I've been bringing my own but they are heavy. I do bring my own mat and tubing and hand sanitizer, so I'm thinking I could just use theirs and sanitize me hand afterward before touching anything else.

What would you do? Bring your own or use theirs? I have to keep upping my weights so soon I'll be at 10lbs each. That's 20 lbs to carry around.

This is just normal toning/strength routines during an aerobics class. So, not for doing sets with different weights in the free weight area.

I would never bring my own but yeah, use sanitizer if you want.

You can bring some sanitizing wipes. I've seen people bring their own to spinning class.

I quit the gym in 1996 and workout at home. Instead of gym membership I saved my money and so bought all my workout equipment.
