After the big "come to jesus" talk I had with myself last night about getting back on plan with my eating and exercising what do i do? Well, break my hand of course! I got my hand slammed in a door at work this morning (it was all and accident, the person who did it feels AWFUL), and broke the bone that extends down into my hand from my middle finger, so my hand is splinted in a permanent "flipping off" position
Any advice on exercises I can do without the use of one hand?
