Default Fail to Plan = Plan to fail? You've got that right!

Ug, I need to learn that when I'm busy I MUST preplan meals, snacks and do a bunch of cooking on the weekend. I have eaten like CRAP the last week. And its cost me, I've gained and I have no excuse.

Definitely an important lesson to learn! Glad you got that past you. Here's to a great on-plan week!

Sista, you got that right! I don't plan out every meal to a T, but I do go to the grocery store once per week and get everything I need for that week. Because if I don't, I know I will make stupid choices. Here's to planning!!

I couldn't agree more that planning is essential.

Not only does it insure that the right meal goes down the hatch, but I find it also helps keep my grocery bill down by creating less waste when I am create my meal plan and follow it.

I really feel for those who work, commute, are busy raising a family, and/or involved in extra-cirricular activities. I remember how challenging the organization of time and meals became in those days/years. Hugs to all of you who do it!

I am really blessed to have my home attached to my office, so I can slip 10 steps into the kitchen and prep a meal when needed, or start the crockpot, simmer soups, etc.

So I am going to spend tomorrow doing some cooking and prep work for the week. I really need to get back to it with vigor. This is the time of year that has killed many past weight loss attempts. Its not because of the holidays, but because my work schedule gets NUTS right now. I work 70+ hours December - February, so I need to make sure I am doing some prep work and cooking.

Monday I start working from home, so I'm going to start trying to take a walk at lunch and cook well. So here's hopin' I can get my butt in gear
