Talking Favorite recipes for soup,casseroles,stew

I am doing ok with eating,but wish I had a couple casserole ,soup,stew recipes ,Also with what to count them as ,I never know how to count them,so I usually over count and I think am jipping myself . Thanks for any recipes which you can share

You can try the Company's coming cookbooks- I usually try their recipes.
1)Most loved casseroles
2)Slow cooker dinners

There are a couple of recipes in the recipe section at the top of this forum that have great recipes. I think some of them are for the old plan, so you would need to maybe rework some of the proteins. Our favorites are Baked Ziti and White Chicken Chili (had that tonight!). We also liked Sunday Chicken Casserole and Cheddar Portobello Skillet (that one is just a side).

The white chicken chili recipe is good but I add some lime juice, lime zest, and I serve it with tomatoes, a little sour cream, cilantro, and green onions on top. You can also do shredded chicken or ground lean turkey since ground chicken can be pricey or unavailable. The only thing I have had and hated from the recipe forum (of what I have tried) is cheeseburger casserole. It was gross to me.
