Just letting off steam
So, my dh has been dealing with fits of atrial fibrilation (sp?) since March. Several late night/early morning visits to the ER, tons of meds, foods to watch, because of meds, yada, yada.
It's somewhat better due to the last change in meds, but nowhere near normal. We do have an appt in a few weeks with a heart ablation surgery specialist. Scary stuff, in the mean time, his Dad is not feeling well and is selling all his farm stuff and retiring at 73. The hub is helping with this, plus work, plus does not feel good. And some of the meds are having goofy side affects.
The hub is stressed and evidently one side affect is sexual dysfunction, and that makes it all the worse. Now he feels bad, *rolls eyes* we've been married forever, it's not like I'm going anywhere.
6 years ago, hub got hurt at work, buggered up his hand real bad, ended up, after 14 months off work losing 2 fingers, and now the heart stuff, in between, he broke a foot, his hand, cut open his head, yada, yada.
No particular point, other than I'm going to get a small fatty tumor off my bottom lip tomorrow and I know it's going to be sore, and I'm worried, because now hub has the stomach flu and I'm not even sure I should go get this done, I have to work Saturday and I'm going to come home with a sore lip, a sick husband and have to go to work. Bleh!
