Default Which brands of body shapers...?

I'm needing to dress up and have a black dress that I can finally fit into without looking like a stuffed sausage. But I'm still lumpy, it's a form fitting dress so I was looking at Spanx, kymaro and jc penny store brands.

What do you wear? does it smooth the bumps? Can you still sit, breathe and eat while wearing them?

I remember the old girdles, the ones where you're so squished that you couldn't really sit down comfortably.

The kymaro body shapers look great on TV, but that's the magic of TV.

Thanks
Sarah

I use flexees. I guess I have too many rolls for Spanx to work properly for me. This is one of my faves right now (they sell them at JCPenney as well): http://www1.macys.com/catalog/produc...xx.esn_results

Good luck!

SPANX- I have one from Torrid- it's the best, I'm not sure if you fit into their sizes but definitely spanx are awesome- the ones I have go from the bustline to the knees and you can't tell- it instantly makes me feel 10 lbs thinner

I love my Kymaro. It gives you good boob while flattening out the belly bulge. I just wear the top becasue my tummy is a little lumpy but there is a bottom shaper too. It's super cool and breathable but I warn you getting into it can be a challenge.

I use Spanx & Kymaro. I like Kymaro a little better than Spanx though.

I like Spanx. I also use Assets, which is the Target cheaper lighter brand made by the same company.

I was wondering if any of the cheaper store brands would be as good. I'm all for not spending a lot of money.

I've seen Kymaro has some pretty bad reviews but the tv commercials look so good. Any comments-good, bad, ugly?
