I eat a moderate amount of carbs 100-175g a day, I usually get between 125-160g a day. The suggestions from the other ladies are awesome. I stick to mostly unprocessed foods and I stay within my cal limit of 2000 cals. I don't like bread, and I don't care to much for pasta either so for me its pretty simple. I stick to meats, cheese, salsa, eggs, milk, peanut butter, seasonings, vegs, fruit, etc. I still eat potatoes and things with carbs but I just make sure to stay in my carb limit. Plus carbs make me bloated but I need carbs but just not as many as I used to eat.
