I always keep 1 Fun Size Kit Kat bar at my desk for "emergencies". I've always been REALLY good with them (figure a fun size one is better than eating a whole one..) Well....With Halloween here, I ate every one that I replaced This week's mini goal ----LEAVE THE KIT KAT ALONE! It needs to survive at least until Monday morning! LOL
I'm trying that for this week. Then, Monday, I'll keep my 1 bar. I've honestly only dig into it once every month, so it's not that bad. Just need to get back to where I know I don't HAVE to have it.
Once a month??? Wow - I'm impressed. I've been thinking I have to throw out my stash of PB at the office because I keep having little "taste" and it is wrecking my entire caloric/fat intake for the day! It drives me crazy every single day...so tomorrow, out it goes.

Go for it! You can chomp on something like apples, or maybe play
a videogame when that urge to eat strikes. Getting rid of it by putting
attention to something else does wonders. ;D
