Hi everyone, I am new to the forum..but not to atkins..I lost 70 pounds on Atkins 15 yrs ago...kept 50 off...but have gained 20 grrrrrr!

Welcome, Maggiemae. I know the feeling. I lost 70 pounds on Atkins and, for any number of reasons, managed to gain them all back! But I'm on my way down again. I depend on the Atkins chicks for support, encouragement and good ideas. Post often. I wish you every success!

hi everyone, happy wednesday!!!!!!im so loving this new way of eating. Dark purple and lost 3 lbs in 5 days...thats what im talking about!!!!!!
