Default Lean EFX pill

Hi all,

so this doesn't really have to do with IP but since I did IP for a while and am on Phase 4 now, I thought I post this question here...ie : still an IPer.

has anyone ever tried or heard of the diet pill called LEan EFX made by farenheit???

just wondering, someone I know swears by them.

thanks.

me.

ps: I just took my first one today but a bit worried as have never done diet pills.

Sorry, I don't know anything about this product... just didn't want you to think we were ignoring you!.. what does it do?.. increase metabolism, block carbs, suppress hunger?.. let us know how it goes...

hugs

I am not sure why you are wanting to take diet pills when IP has worked for you. ( FYI -I can be a bit sarcastic in my comments -) So here goes - Do you mean to tell me that I have done all of this hard work when there really is a miracle pill out there?

Hi! I would look at any "diet" pill with a great deal of skepticism! Perhaps you could look at the bottle and tell us the active ingredients......I might have some insight then.

Judge for yourself:

Thiamine--maybe not a big problem.

1,3 dimethylamylamine-- I wouldn't take it. Check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methylhexanamine

Phyllanthus Emblica: Indian gooseberry. It is on wikipedia too, not as ominous sounding to me.

Bitter Orange: Sounds harmless, but can have similar effects as ephedra.

5-Hydroxytryptophan: Mood elevator, possible appetite suppressant. Check out potential side effects http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5-Hydroxytryptophan

N-Acetyl tyrosine: an amino acid

Ginsing: a stimulant herb. Known to cause similar effects as ephedra in some people, but effects on individuals vary.

1,3,7 trimethylxanthine: one of the chemical names for caffeine!!

Cassia Nomame: an herbal lipid absorption inhibitor. Didn't find much on this in non-herbal sites.

Taraxicum: a Chinese herb used to cleanse the liver. (Broccoli does the same thing!)

Green Tea extract: A known antioxidant that is felt to be helpful in weight loss.

My take to all this: Drink some green tea, avoid the stimulants. STAY on the IP program if you need to still lose weight. Hope this all helps!!

Decided one pill and all the side effects for one day was enough.

Why, thanks! I really believe there are some good and helpful herbs out there....we just don't know enough yet to use them wisely in all cases. And most people would never think of using a prescription medication with that many active ingredients.....so I am confused about taking an herbal/supplement with so many.
