weighed in at 180.5 today. so happy that i`m almsot out of here
didn`t count calories this whole weekend, and still binged a bit at night (all that halloween candy gave me cravings.....) but today i`m eating healthier (no counting though) and tomorrow back to the counting!!
just a question for everyone, when you chose your ultimate goal, did you ever change it? i know i`ve set mine to 155, but my body is looking pretty toned at what i`m at now... and my boyfriend doesn`t want me losing more. he`s agreed tolet me get to 170lbs, so i can see how i feel about it and go from there...
