M&M's ACK!
So this week has been **** week at work. I work for a medical software company (for lack of a better description) and we did a full system upgrade over the weekend.
All week I have had 45 physicians offices (and their entire staff) calling me about everything that went wrong. If anyone knows about software upgrades, you know that it is a potential nightmare.
Anyway, I have held my weight on all week (really bugging me since I have been eating on plan) and today, in my trainers office (we have five on staff) is a HUGE bowl of M&M's!
This group of ladies is always munching on something, stress of their jobs. I am not generally tempted. But today I had to walk away or grab a handful! And now I am obsessing about the damn M&M's and cannot focus on work!
EEEK!
Just had to share.

Awww! I'm sorry Good for you on walking away though and just try to focus on something else, even though I know how hard it can be

Thanks! The stupid little things, I KNOW that they are not going to be as good as I remember them being, and I KNOW that they are not going to be worth it. But still....they have voices! HAHA

When I was in WW, the WW leader said you have to walk the entire length of foot ball field to burn the calories in ONE m&m. That is what I think of now EVERY time I see one. I can eat a lot of m&ms... but that would be an awful lot of walking. So not worth it.

SCraver. that is an AWESOME visual. Thanks!
And actually now that I have had a bottle of water, and am eating my salad the craving is gone. It is not a craving for M&Ms specifically, but its the stress of the job right now. Old habits. Cabbage salad worked

yeah thanks guys.
But sadly I caved momentarily and grabbed a handful. Put most of them back but did have about six or so
The funny part about that is that the girls in my office who brought the damned things, hollered at me down the hall about it!
But, oh well. It was just six and not the whole bag!

OK so some advice.....
Tomorrow the fiancee and I have a tasting at a restaurant that we want to use for our reception in July. I think that it will be ok, if I stay on plan for the whole day except for the tasting. Any tips you guys can think of that will be helpful?

OK not to beat a dead horse, but this is for 10 M&Ms. I feel better now, not as bad as I thought! So just log it in my food log and move along
