Default Does Anyone Know Anything about Smart Carb Bread?

I've been jonesin' for toast and a sandwich for the past week or so...I'd love a truly low-carb product. This bread has gotten lots of positive press lately. Has anyone tried it? What do you think, Jersey Gyrl?

Is it the ?

Personally, I'd steer clear of it, particularly if you're on extended Induction.
You might want to consider making revolution rolls, they are Induction friendly

Thanks so much, Jersey Gyrl. I'm finally close to getting below 200 pounds; it's probably not a good time to experiment with the unknown. I'm not going in to work tomorrow, so I'll have extra time for breakfast. I'll give the revolution rolls a try. Have a great week.

I like the Revolution Rolls but I LOVE Cleochatra's Oopsie Rolls... those are the bomb in my book.

http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2008...ol-oopsie.html

I am going to have a fried egg and cheese sandwich with them. They are much better the next day. I store mine in a paper bag on the counter. Last week my coworker made me a steak sandwich with grilled onions and peppers. I just tossed the bun and used my oopsie roll..... YUMMM!!!

I really am, all of a sudden, going NUTS for bread. Will make the oopsie rolls SOON. Must go to the grocery to get ingredients. Then I'm making a grilled cheese sandwich! Thanks, Applebuddy.

They are really easy to make. I bake mine for 14 minutes and that seems perfect for me. I have three eggs left and want to either make more or make a fried egg sandwich. Although, your grilled cheese sandwich sounds tempting.

It must be time for dinner. I am feeling a little too hungry.

That bread looks fabulous...I think I'm going to try to make a hamburger on it and if I like it I'll make them for Thanksgiving.
