What are your fitness/health goals? lose the weight I've regained, and just become overall healthier for when we want to start trying to have babies
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit?
The clothes that I bought when I lost weight no longer fit, and my "fat" clothes are starting to feel snug. I'm tired of feeling lethargic and yucky.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? staying positive/believing I can do this, and staying on track
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?
1) the one mentioned above
2) Going to the gym, even when I don't feel like it and I make excuses for not going
3) Writing in my food log daily
