LOLOL! I also have cookies in the oven. They are much higher than 10 cals, though. And they are for guests. And I am also baking the leftovers and they will go out into the car so Robert can take them to work tomorrow. They are the one and only thing I really struggle to resist.

Ok first try is reaqlly promising but needs a bit of tweaking - they were salty so I'm going to try again tomorrow. Tomorrow will be raspberry.

They both sound really tasty, but I'm partial to raspberry. Hope they turn out!

I had a cocoa meringue cookie recipe once that I made years ago. I remember that they were pretty good. Let us know how yours turn out!

Dude~ And I LOVE meringue cookies! I don't know how I missed that they're so low in calories but mama's got a brand new piping bag that's just begging to make some.

LOL I'm going to try chocolate (what was your recipe, do you remember?) - and also peanut butter with some PB2 once I perfect this. I plopped them on the cookie sheet yesterday but when I get it perfected I'll use a piping bag and a big star tip.

If you google "meringue cookies with splenda" a number of recipes will pop up. Since they are basically just egg whites one would get some protein as well
They are easy and fun to make. I have not personally done them with splenda so I would be interested if anyone can comment on the flavor and texture versus "real" sugar ones.

So they're 10 calories with splenda or sugar? I don't do artificial sweeteners.
