Sweet!! My goals are different this month. I usually go for 1000-1200 minutes of exercise. However, I've started a new weight lifting program (New Rules for Women).
So my goals are to walk to pick up my DD from school 2-3x a week (1.6 miles round trip +I'm hauling a wagon with 2 kid in it!), and to do 2 workouts a week from my new program. I'll also do yoga class 1-2x a week. I may also sub swimming laps/bike rides occasionally for the walking

2feelbetter You can list minutes, miles, steps, episondes, exercise programs whatever your goal is then you can keep track of your progess here. It is really a helpful tool. If you want some other ideas of goals, you could look back at the october or september exercise thread. Good luck to you
*My goals are gonna be 1000 minutes of Intentional exercise, OMG that is a lot more than I have been getting lateley, So here goes! Good luck to everyone!

I'm writing a novel this month (NaNoWriMo) so I'm taking my exercise goal down a notch to something I'm sure that I will really do: 1350 minutes for November.
Ok, here goes. I want to do 30 minutes/day, 5 days per week, which I think equals a goal of 600 minutes for the month. Doesn't sound like much, but is way more than what I'm getting now
