Default Thinking positive about 210.5...

The only thing I could come up with is that, considering my target, it lets me (re)join the 100 lbs Club!

Anyone else in the 210s zone?

I am back on Dukan, and setting one personal goal per week - this week it is trying to be consistent with exercise (treadmill and resistance bands). Curious about the vibration platforms, so will try that, too - looks like they are good for toning.

Good luck, all!

210 is a fantastic place to be!! It's very close to One-derland! You'll be there before you know it!

I agree with Eliana - you'll be in Onederland in no time.

Thank you, ladies, your encouragement and support does mean a lot!!!
Not being negative but I also know how far back I managed to get - from 180s last November back to 220 - and now crawling back on track!
Sometimes I feel like this condition means we have to watch out every day in every way...

I'm right there with you hun, weighed in at 210.4 this morning, and though I my weekend goal was to be at least 209.9 I can't be upset at myself. I lost 2.2lbs and that's better than putting on 2.2lbs. Any loss is a great loss! And yes, we're only 10lbs away from Onederland, what's amazing is that I haven't been able to say that in maybe three or so years. We will always have to be watching out for ourselves in the future, but that's a part of life. Being healthy and making conscious decisions to do good by yourself is important, and deserves time and thought. In the end, we will be happier and healthier because of it =)
