I feel your pain. When I eat less, I lose weight - slowly, but consistently. Whenever I work up the motivation to start working out again, the scale stops moving for at least a week or two, in spite of staying perfectly on plan (I don't eat more calories on days I work out, but I do tend to drink more water). I'm still working on overcoming this aversion to exercise (I don't like
anything that stops the scale
)...but I'm working on creating some athletic related goals, so that even if the scale goes through a very long pause, I can reach other goals in the meantime. I'm moving to Washington DC in the summer, and I'd love to jog the National Mall area regularly - right now, I can't jog or run to save my life - so I'm planning on working towards that
