I have been wanting to do weight watchers for some time now, but never wanted to pay for it, or go to meetings, so I'm trying the at home method! I have not started quite yet since I just decided within the past couple days to start it and I need to get more recipes together and all that, but I should be starting in the next day or so.
I hope I can learn a lot from you guys, and if you have any tips or anything that would be awesome! Thanks!

I just started Weight Watchers at home as well. I started on Monday- I hope to see results. I am also looking for tips. Hopefully we can stick with it and reach our goals!

congrats. I have done it home once before this. The hardest part is keeping yourself motivated. But I think it worked as well for me as it did for my friend who went to meetings.

Do you guys order the "at home" kits or do you do it on-line?

I used to get the "at home" kit and loved all the material I got. I wonder if they even sell them anymore, with everyone using WW On-line.

I guess I'm old fashioned and really like the hard copy booklets WW provided. When WW unveils their new plan end of November I'm going to see if they still sell the "at home" WW kits.

I purchased the at home kit with all the booklets back in May and I am been following the plan except for during about 8days (vacation & reunion) and I have lost a total of 47lbs. I need to lose 3 more lbs to hit my original goal. Since the program has been so successful I am gonna go for 10 more lbs once I reach original goal.

audio, what a great accomplishment!

It's good to see they still sell their at-home kits.

Are you going to order a new one when the new plan comes out next month?
