Yesterday I made turkey burger with taco seasoning, onions and peppers and put it over a baked red potato. SOO GOOD! I was proud, lol. Only 350 calories too!
First mini-goal: 10 lbs lost by thanksgiving
Second mini-goal: 20 lbs lost by new years
Third: 30 lbs by valentine's day
Fourth: 45 lbs lost by friends wedding in may!
