Default Any exercises that target the fat around the knee?

Are there any exercises that would target the excess globs of fat that I have around my knee area? I hate it! Or do I just have to be patient and that fat will go when it's the right time?

Patience. And genetics. Did you ever have nice knees? I knew some girls in high school who were thin but had "boxy" knees. I did have nice knees in high school, then they turned into boxes with my weight gain. Now that I've lost weight, the nice knees have returned.

I do lots of squats and lunges and general lower body work, but I honestly think that had little to do with it.

If it's just you have a lot of fat you'll have to be patient and lose more weight

Though some leg strength exercises would help as it'd give you more muscle

I USED to have nicer legs. Only in the last couple years with my latest weight gain, have my legs got fat. So I think there is hope yet. Maybe?

Oh, heck, then there's hope! LOL! I've heard, and have noticed myself, that fat seems to come off in reverse order of how it went on. I gained my rear end last and lost it first.

my knees have always been fat. no matter what i weighed =0( once, when i was a teenager, I actually got knee liposuction. they were STILL fat afterwards!!!
