What are your fitness/health goals? to loose 50 kgs and atleast be able to run a mile
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? when my divorce judge said it was justified of my husband to hit me since i am so fat
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? sticking to my diet,not binging when things don't go my way. i hope i can be consistent this time
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?
1. start exercising
2. drink more water
3. stick to my diet and not give up mid way
