I haven't ever seen those, but they look REALLY good! There is only 1 place that carries them within 500 miles of me, apparantly. Womp womp...

I have found these (the souffles) now both at Market Basket and Whole Foods. They are terrific!!! They are really helping me bc I often can't eat the same foods as the rest of my family but I hate to cook just for myself. I can pop one of these in the microwave for 3-4 minutes and voila! There are only 140 calories in most of them (all delicious, I've tried them all!) but there's 180 calories in the squash souffle.

Down sides -- they are not extremely low carb (the spinach souffle has 25 carbs. I'm sure the squash has more). You can make lower carb egg & veggie scrambles if carbs are your only concern. They are also obviously a relatively processed food, although they claim all-natural ingredients (but there are a few ingredients that whole food folks might avoid).

That said, I am a huge fan of these and ifI add a salad or bowl of soup, I've got a great low calorie meal and I don't suffer from food envy over whatever the rest of my family is eating.
