I finally got my jogging route up to 3 miles. I started off a few months ago jogging about a quarter mile and walking another three quarters. Now I just need to get my speed up and I'll be ready to run a 5k.
Early morning run...working on getting up to running 5k non-stop. Currently up to 1 to 1 1/2 miles non-stop. Never thought I'd be saying this, but I am really loving RUNNING! lol!
