feeling good about myself today who else is feeling good?
I cant belive it ive lost 15 pounds in only 3 weeks and I have hypothyroidism even when I did a diet before I knew I had hypothyriod I didnt lose this fast. eating healthy and stay under 1500 calories and walking here and there is really working for me maybe I will meet my goal of 199 pounds BY June 10th thats when my son graduates 5th grade and I wanna wear a dress to it and feel GOOD about myself. I just wanted to share I feel good about myself today and havent felt like this in awhile I know I have a LONG was to go but I CAN DO THIS.

I feel happy today - had an odd week, but decided to treat friends and famiy to little gifts to show I care for them - feels great
I feel freaking awesome...today was "stairs" day at bootcamp and I thought I would just die, but I didn't I basically ran up and down 3 flights of stairs for about 25 minutes! It felt awesome to complete something that I thought I would never be able to do. And 15 pounds in 3 weeks? You go girl!

As for me, I'm feeling great today, my sister gave birth to my new nephew yesterday, my weigh in today was 3.4 pounds down, it's beautiful outside - how much better could it get???
