I totally feel your pain! I am making the commitment to stop smoking for my diet, because I get waaaay carried away with the munchies. But my favorite snacks I have found: Apples and peanut butter!
First mini-goal: 10 lbs lost by thanksgiving
Second mini-goal: 20 lbs lost by new years
Third: 30 lbs by valentine's day
Fourth: 45 lbs lost by friends wedding in may!
