I am looking to get in the best shape of my life. Whether this takes me months or years.....so be it. I know that I need to add in weights along with cardio. I will not be able to go to the gym. Right now, I do not have room for a home gym with weights etc.

I am the type of person that would do great following along to a DVD. Can any one recommend a DVD program that is great to get me on my road to success?

I would like to see muscle definition once I lose the fat.

I am also interested in using the exercise bands.

Jillian Michael's has a collection of great DVDs. I never get bored with them.
