I find that as long as mine is on straight, I can do it all with very little effort (compared to raising my children, one of whom has a disability). I think the struggle makes everything else seem minimal in comparison.
First goal: under 180: 3/4/15
Second goal: 175 or below:
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
