With winter aproaching I have started to get worried about what I will do for activity. I mostly walk/ride my bike outside. I have decided I do not like going to the gym and if I dont like it I will not do it for the rest of my life. So... I went to my first Zumba class today and it was a blast. I have no rythm and have no idea what I was doing (except sweating
). Anyone else doing it/tried it?
