Default Old Navy here I come!!!!
So when I started out to lose weight, I set an arbitrary weight goal of 150 pounds. From 290 pounds on my 5'4 frame that is a good goal in theory, because I have never been that small. I set it up as 3 - 50 pound mini goals.

Well I am half way to my first mini goal in just about 6 weeks!

More importantly to me was something visual, but not a number on the scale....I wanted to be able to walk into Old Navy and be able to purchase a shirt or a complete outfit off of the rack, not out of the catalog or online. I wanted to walk into the store pick something out and go to the dressing room and try it on see what it looks like and buy it. I am pleased to say that tonight I DID!!!!!!!!!!!! Granted only a few things fit and others are still tight in the same sizing but there are some clothes there that I can wear!




I am ridiculously proud and happy I wanted to share! first weight goal here I come!!!!!!

Thank you all for your encouragement! I went to the Dr and weighed in yesterday, I have officially lost 20 pounds! I am so THRILLED. I am so glad to have a support mechanism!
