S/C/G: 189/188/165.....165/165/155

Height: 5'5.5"

Default The scale says 178, but I'm unsure...I'll say 181.

I took some advice from this site, and really started counting my caloric intake. No more than 1500 per day. 2 liters of water, and no extra sugar. Cardio 40 minutes 2X a week, pole dance once a week, and the 100 push up challenge (and some other strength training)

My scale says I'm 177, it's one of those digital ones, but I'm afraid to trust it, so I'm sticking with 181...which is a mini goal....I'm happy.

My waist measurement is down an inch and a half, down from 37..my goal is for it to be at 33..I wish I could keep my hips, however they are down 2 inches.

I'm thrilled that I have to start wearing belts again....yay.

Hi...if you have a small weight around, place it on the scale to see if it is right...if not, there is a knob in the back of the scale, usually, to calibrate it.

Thanks! It seemed it was about 3 pounds off. No adjuster in the back though, so me thinks I need a new scale, best not to second guess myself all the time.

If you can afford to, maybe you should buy two new scales. I have two scales and I weigh myself on both of them. They are off from each other by .3 of a pound, so I know if there is a significant difference in one of my weights on a single day, I know one scale is off and it is time to replace a battery. It works for me. Congrats on the weight loss, you are doing wonderful sweetpea!
