(cough) Yes, I know that kind of shows up how much I mean this "I'm learning to take the scales reading as a datum only, nothing to put me up nor down" statement I keep pushing - but hey!

A lot of us take the scales seriously - um, trackers anyone? As long as we remember it's just a tool to help us track, scales can be our friend. Good for you on your loss (and if I hear any thunder again this week-end, I'll think of you!)

Well yeah - we (I) take that scale seriously. You betcha! Why wouldn't we?

There is no simpler way to determine how much we weigh. I think the scale is always our friend. Always. Through thick and hopefully thin . It's a reality check, it helps to keep us on the straight and narrow, and provides us with valuable information about our bodies...

I'm so happy for you Rosinante. How wonderful to see and feel your hard work paying off. Keep at it girl...
