Default Went out of town and fell off the wagon.

Well...not exactly fell off. More like jumped off. I got away from my normal routine and did really bad. I tried to limit what I ate, but because I did not bring my HSNs, I kind of went nuts. So, do I start over, or continue? I am afraid to go back to the center.
I went home for a friend’s memorial service, so I was in a bad frame of mind to begin with. I am now trying to mitigate the damages. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Default Hang in there!

I've definitely had times such as this. Now that you're back you need to focus extra hard on getting back to your routine. Not sure which menu you're on, but when this happened to me I just went right back to strictly following my green menu. I usually did show a gain, but by the next weigh-in I was losing again. And remember, stress in itself can make us gain weight. You've had a lot to deal with so don't let this discourage you too much. Think positive and move forward
