Default So glad there's not a camera in my bedroom...

I bought the Walk Away The Pounds dvd. I just did the 1 mile-walk. I'm so uncoordinated. Who would have thought walking would be difficult? But I made it! It burns! I think I'll do a mile again in a little bit! Woohoo!

I do my Walk Away the Pounds 5 days a week. I love it! You will get to where you know all the movements by heart. Keep it up!

Okay. This is not where I thought this thread was going!

WATP? Fabulous DVD's. You'll get into it before you know it. And in the meantime, who cares if you're co-ordinated or not? Keep it up. It's effective.

Can someone explain these DVDs to me? I imagine a lot of pacing or marching in place, which doesn't sound fun or like a good workout. Yet I hear people rave about the DVDs so I know I must just not be getting it....??

I did this video (5 Mile Fat Burning Walk) today and here is an excerpt of it on youtube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivYkIsao8UA

They are great workouts to me. I sweat as much with one of Leslie's workouts as I do a Jillian Michaels' workout.

Is this something a person with limited mobility can do?

Oh, OK....that looks a little more interesting than what I was picturing. Yeah, I think that an hour of that would have my heart rate going, too!

Love the WATPs DVDs! I have several and switch between them. SunshineTater, I am uncoordinated and never could get the hang of those dance move videos. Keep doing the WATPs and you will get the moves but if not, moving is the thing that matters!

One warning, I got the Burn Body Fat Package with weights and hurt my shoulder using the weights. I decided to stick to the resistance band DVDs.
