Default RevAbs (Beachbody)

I just started doing some of the RevAbs video from Beachbody this week. Has anyone else done any of these videos or wanted to try them?!

I did a cardio one tonight and I burnt almost 650 calories in 40 minutes! If I can get rid of that many calories in such a short time, I'll come back for more!

I rotate between tons of videos whenever I don't go to the gym, but have never heard anyone talking about this guy and his videos.

I like a lot of his moves. Just thought I would as and see if anyone else had any questions or experience with it!

Hi Denise-

I just saw your post. I am starting RevAbs on Monday. I just finished P90X a week ago.

I'd love to talk to you about RevAbs and your fitness goals. It would be great to go through the workout (90 days) with someone.

Hey Jayson,

Yeah we definitely should stay in touch!

So far I've done 1 strength training video from RevAbs and 1 cardio video! I loved them both (and today my legs are jello!)

I don't think I will be doing the 90 plan on this program (mainly because I don't really ever follow any one program haha), but I am definitely planning on doing it 2 or 3 times a week. I also go to 24 hour fitness and do my own Circuit & Interval training with weights at home.

I've lost 7 lbs so far and I hope I can lose another 10 or so by November!!!

What about you?! How did you like P90x? I have it, but I just dont think I can stand Tony enough to do them haha!

Yeah - what is your name or e-mail I will add you as a friend on there! Yeah I haven't tried any P90X yet..maybe I will try one. Heck I may like them and add them into my weird rotation I have going on.

So far though, I see my best results with Insanity!

Was P90x your first program you followed?!

I have the workouts! I haven't followed the 90 days but have done the workouts. I think they are all good. I like Bret, he's funny and a pretty good motivator (and cute!). I read this program didn't take off as well as the others did which is a shame because I would of liked to see more Revabs workouts.

Ringmaster,

I totally agree. I've only done 2 of his workouts so far, but I've watched them all and they all look amazing!

I did one of the cardio workouts from Phase II yesterday (not sure of the name) but today I am sore! My abs and back especially! I usually don't get very sore around my mid-section without completely focusing on that area! Needless to say I am very shocked right now!

The day before that I did the total body strength training video which rocked and kicked my thighs arse!

I'm surprised it didn't take off as much. I think the only reason is because the advertising wasn't out there as much and it wasn't pushed on you in so many different media's.

What are you doing now?

I'm doing Turbo Fire now, I just got it this week. I might add in CLX if I feel the weight work in Turbo Fire isn't enough, and maybe throw in some Brazil Buttlift workouts. You know I want to do them all, it really is hard sticking to one!

I'm mixing in TurboFire too! I haven't tried Brazil ButtLift. Do you like that one?! I just did Pure Cardio Insanity today and burned 500 calories. Ugh...I was so wiped from working & working out all week though so I didn't put in my best effort by any means.

How are your results treating you?
