Today I begin my 100th day, 100% On Plan, without the hint of a cheat.
In the 99 days to this morning, I've lost 30.2lbs, which averages 2.135lbs a week. This puts me on track to hit 181 by September 19th, which is my benchmark for hitting 139 by the time I go to Israel on January 19th. (I do promise not to freak out if I don't hit that target, honestly; but it's been interesting learning to just be informed by the scales, rather than panciked or elated. )
